These terms apply when you use the Batul Herbs website and when you place an order with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Batul Herbs is a store in Souq Mubarakiya, Kuwait City, offering natural and herbal personal-care products in our shop and online.
2. Our products
Our products are natural cosmetic and personal-care products for external use unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions are general information, not medical advice. Test a small amount on your skin before first use, and ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KD). Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is cash on delivery or at pickup.
4. Orders
After you place an order, we send a confirmation to your email. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we do, we will let you know.
5. Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Kuwait. Delivery fees and any free-delivery offer are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery dates are estimates. You can also collect your order from our shop when pickup is available.
6. Returns and exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as you receive it and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
7. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure and make sure the details you give us (name, phone, address) are correct so we can deliver your order.
8. Privacy
We use your details only to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Responsibility
Please use our products as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for problems caused by misuse of a product.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. For any questions, contact us from Contact us in My account.
